Changed your mind?

Tell us within 14 calendar days after you receive your order if you wish to return it, without giving a reason. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day. For an order delivered in separate parts, this period starts after the final part arrives. Send your notice to fknegoce.bat@gmail.com, identifying your name and order. You may use the optional form below. Asking for return instructions is helpful but our prior approval is not a condition of withdrawal.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. Use packaging suitable for the weight and keep proof of dispatch. Original packaging is recommended, but is not a condition of exercising your rights. You may inspect the product; a deduction can apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it.

For withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the products and the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for that order. Additional express-delivery costs are not refunded. Refunds use your original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever comes first.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We cover necessary return transport for goods that are faulty or were sent incorrectly, and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The change-of-mind window does not limit those rights.

Before your preorder dispatches

Email us to cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Standard preorder weight and finish selections do not remove your withdrawal rights. This policy does not limit any stronger mandatory rights applicable where you live.
