Shipping policy
Pre-order. Estimated dispatch: 20 September 2026.
VELORA products are currently available to preorder. This date is our current dispatch estimate, not your delivery date. Transit begins when the carrier collects your parcel. We will email your dispatch confirmation and available tracking information when your order leaves us.
If the dispatch estimate changes, we will contact you with the revised timing and an option to cancel before dispatch for a full refund. You can also request cancellation before dispatch by emailing fknegoce.bat@gmail.com with your order number. Review the complete preorder and delivery timing before placing your order.
Destinations and estimated shipping charges
We offer international delivery to destinations supported at checkout. Enter your address to see the available service and the shipping charge for your order. If no service appears, contact us before ordering so we can check your destination.
The following amounts are VELORA's estimated shipping charges in EUR, not carrier quotations. They are a planning guide. Your checkout shows the actual charge you agree to pay. Transit estimates below start after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays; customs or local delivery conditions may extend them.

Weight bands use the combined selected product weight in the order. For example, two 20 kg dumbbells have a combined product weight of 40 kg. Packaging adds transport weight. Heavy sets may arrive in separate parcels; a pair of 20 kg dumbbells is planned as two parcels, one dumbbell in each. Tracking updates may arrive separately.
Remote destinations, islands not listed above and orders over 40 kg may need a separately agreed service. We will not add an extra charge to a paid order without your agreement.
Taxes, customs and delivery issues
Applicable product taxes and shipping charges collected by VELORA are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the EU customs area, import taxes, duties or handling charges may be payable unless checkout expressly includes them. The destination's authorities determine these charges. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Contact fknegoce.bat@gmail.com if tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing, or your delivery arrives damaged. Keep photographs of the parcel and packaging where possible so we can investigate. This request does not shorten your statutory rights. Your statutory delivery and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
